Somewhere toput it all down.
Ten years of practice with Candace Redden, held with warmth, honesty and a fair amount of laughter, because rest is not a reward for getting through it. It's how you get through it.
The premise
Most people arrive carrying something they have been holding for a very long time. Not to be fixed (nobody here is broken), but to be set down, looked at properly, and carried differently afterwards.
I came to this work the long way round, through my own nervous system rather than a career plan. That shapes everything about how I hold a room: unhurried, unpolished where it counts, and genuinely without judgement about wherever you happen to be starting.

How I got here
It started with a seizure, not a studio.
A life-changing epileptic episode ended my career in a busy London hair salon. I couldn't drive. I couldn't cut hair. Yoga started as something to hold onto, and became the whole path.
Hypnotherapy came next, to bring down chronic stress and the seizures that came with it. It worked so profoundly that I went and trained in it, so I could do the same for other people.

Client reflections
In their words
Candace is a wonderfully kind practitioner who offered me so much compassion during our sessions. She blends the two worlds of hypnotherapy and yoga nidra together so beautifully, and offers something niche but truly needed in the wellness space. I would always leave our sessions feeling deeply rested, with a subtle air of peace that I certainly didn't have beforehand. Thank you Candace for working your magic on me.
You hold space so beautifully and authentically and I felt safe to go deep. The somatics provoked a wonderfully emotional release. I had tears streaming down my cheeks at one stage. The nidra was so special, I managed to find that beautiful realm between sleep and wake which I've often struggled to find.
I suffered a big T trauma before Christmas and I truly believe your session yesterday supported the healing I'm trying to find. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
